RESTAURANT: Even those with the most spartan tastes, will appreciate the simplicity of Tradewinds Steakhouse's menu. Its forte is purely the most sumptuous steaks you can expect from Dar es Salaam's only real steakhouse. Those who opt for the selection of seafood, freshly made salads from the salad counter and delectable homemade desserts, also won't be disappointed.
French chef Jean Pierre Siegenthaler is equally enamoured with classical and exotic cooking. He prepares his dishes along the principles of classical cuisine, but keeps it unexpected with fresh products such as game, fish and even crocodile.
