ACCOMMODATION: Thara Patong is located in the very heart of Patong Beach. With a total of 171 rooms consisting of 4 Two Bed Rooms, 8 One Bed Rooms, 44 Premier, 100 Deluxe and 15 Standard Rooms (all air-conditioned), we are setting a new standard in holiday comfort. The Grand Opening of our newest wing is scheduled for 08 MAY 01 and coincides with the 20th Anniversary of Thara Patong Beach Resort.

These 52 new Rooms will all have 24 hour Internet Access available. There will be 44 Premier Rooms, 4 Two Bedroom Units and 4 One Bedroom Units. The Premier Rooms measure a spacious 4.5 x 9 meters, each with it's own balcony or direct pool side access. Each room has one Queen size bed , one Twin size bed, Cable TV, minibar, hair dryer and hot water kettle. The bathrooms have a shower separate from the bathtub and are equipped with hair dryers. The one and two bedroom units all have a living room equipped with a mini kitchen and a sofa bed.

Once the new Premier Rooms are opened our existing Premier Rooms will be grouped in with our existing Deluxe Rooms. This will give us a total of 100 Deluxe Rooms. Out Standard Rooms will remain unchanged.

All of the 172 air-conditioned 1 & 2 Bedroom, Premier, Deluxe and Standard Rooms are set back from the Beach Road and face inwards to either the serenity of our tropical gardens or our 2 unique swimming pools. Each room has a private private bathroom with solar heated water, satellite TV, private balcony or patio, hot water, IDD telephone, mini bar, hair dryer and safety deposit boxes are available. The newest rooms have Internet Access. The 1 & 2 Bedroom units each have a Mini Kitchen in the Living Room.
