Floors
4 to 14 feature single, twin-bedded and king-size guest rooms,
while on the top five floors of the hotel, the Regency Club®

The
extremely spacious and lavish suites include the Regency Suites,
Executive Suites, two Emiri Suites and one Royal Suite.
Two
rooms are available for the use of disabled guests. Non-smoking

All
the Standard guest rooms are located on floors 4 to 14, overlooking
the Gulf, and consist of single, twin-bedded and king-size rooms.
Each room features air conditioning, a colour television with
satellite channels, direct dial telephone with voicemail, broadband

Both
the twin guest rooms and king guest rooms are 34 square metres

| The
16 Regency Suites cover an area of 70 square meters each
and offer stunning views over the Arabian Gulf. Regency
Suites incorporate an entrance hall with a comfortable
living area and an adjacent king bedroom. Guests benefit
from luxurious VIP amenities and toiletries including
bathrobe, daily newspaper, slippers and daily replenished
seasonal fruits. All Regency Suite guests have full access
to the exclusive Regency Club® Lounge.

Executive Suites |
For
those guests wishing for a little extra space, seven
Regency Executive Suites feature a king bedroom and
separate living & dining room, decorated in luxury
fabrics and warm earth colours. The 105 square meters
suite also includes an additional guest bathroom and
a pantry to store the room service delivery. Regency
Executive Suite guests receive a complimentary large
fruit tray, chocolates, Evian water on arrival and daily
fresh fruits. The bathroom features luxury supplies,
a separate WC, and the wardrobe is accessible from the
bathroom and the king bedroom. Each Regency Executive
Suite can be equipped with a printer and fax machine
upon request.

Emiri Suites |
Hyatt
Regency Dubai’s two Emiri Suites stretch over 210
square meters on two levels. Each suite features an
entrance hall, living and dining area, a guest bathroom
and a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one equipped
with a Jacuzzi. An in-suite kitchen including its own
fridge, microwave and cabinets filled with glassware
and crockery has a separate access from the hotel corridor
allowing room service and deliveries to be discreetly
made without disturbing the guests. The living room
is decorated with comfortable chairs and sofas and the
suite’s entertainment centre is equipped with a
DVD and CD player. The dining area is large enough for
a sizable private dinner party and a desk cum library
area allows an extra degree of privacy whilst working.

Suites |
The
280 square meters Royal Suite is a duplex suite with
breathtaking views of Dubai’s historic creek and
the Arabian Gulf. The suite incorporates an imposing
entrance area, two bedrooms and bathrooms, both quipped
with a Jacuzzi, an adjacent walk in closet, a large
living room, a dining room with space to enable guests
to host a sizeable private party or drinks reception,
an office cum library area and a kitchen. The in-suite
kitchen features its own fridge, microwave and cabinets
filled with glassware and crockery and also has separate
access to the hotel corridor allowing room service and
deliveries to be discreetly made without disturbing
guests.
