Guests
are encouraged to allocate an extra 30 minutes prior to their Spa treatment, to
take advantage of the facilities and to enjoy a pre treatment regime designed
to increase blood circulation and detoxify. Ideally, take a relaxing sauna or
steam followed by a quick dip in one of the plunge pools. Afterwards, relax in
the lounge before being shown to your treatment room. Luxuries robes, slippers
and (disposable) undergarments are provided for the use of all Spa guests. At
the conclusions of your treatment enjoy a cup of cleansing ginger and lemongrass
tea.
